After struggling to find a salon that was relaxed and welcoming a friend recommended Number 8. The atmosphere is so relaxed and inviting. Everyone is so welcoming and the team seem to work harmoniously. Freya is amazing. After a cut only restyle y month ago I returned today for a colour restyle. Freya took the time to understand what I wanted and had some great advise and guidance. She also cut my preteen daughters hair and was go great at bringing her out of her shell and making her feel comfortable.

Kat is absolutely fab at what she does! She always listens to exactly what I want and somehow makes it even better than I imagined. The shampoo was amazing, thank you Chloe, such a relaxing experience. Overall, it’s such a lovely salon with a great atmosphere, and all the girls are so friendly and welcoming. I always leave feeling so happy with my hair. Highly recommend!

Moved back to Truro after 15 years and was delighted to find No.8 still in situ. Absolutely wonderful experience, haven't had my hair cut for quite some time and I wanted a change. Claire knew exactly what I wanted and did a wonderful job. She was very knowledgeable and gave great advice as well as being genuinely lovely. After care and product advice also really great as well as free fringe trims in the future when needed. 100% recommend, a really lovely salon, thank you.

Alana is the loveliest person. She is extremely professional and always takes time for a consultation to find out exactly what you want. She makes you feel so at ease and I find Number8 a home from home. All of the staff are fabulous and I’ve been going for 10 years now. I would never go anywhere else. 5 Stars xxx

As always, Kirsty did fabulous work with my hair. She is so talented and knows exactly what to do to make my hair look its best. The whole team is so friendly and welcoming and put you at your ease immediately. Great way to spend a few hours on my day off (and the after service check ins on the school run are very much appreciated 😉).
